Actor Sahil Anand, who’s known for roles in films like Student of the Year, Babloo Happy Hai, was also last seen in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 took to social media a few days back, to express his feelings, and it’s nothing short of alarming, and terrifying for his fans.

Concerned about the actor’s mental state, when we reached out to him, the actor’s phone was unreachable. The actor seems to have switched his phone off to cease all communication from the outside world. Whether this is a post just to inform his fans about him taking a break from social media or a serious shout for help, we are now only left to wonder what may have gone wrong in the actor’s life. Not too long ago, the actor was blessed with a baby girl with his wife Ranjeet Monga and seemed to be doing perfectly fine and happy.

Talking about Sahil's post, the actor where he mentioned about his mental health, read, "Hi everyone hope you guys are doing fine. Just wanted all my loved ones to take care of themselves as I decided to be inactive for some time, I’m not feeling like myself and the last couple of months have been tough on me. Right now, I need space. I feel lost. I feel disassociated. Sometimes your passion can become your worst nightmare. Guys, mental health is important, kabhi kabhi kuchh wohi cheeze jyada affect kar jaati hai jinko hum khud ke jyada kareeb kar lete hai. I tried my best to feel normal but it's only getting worse. TC, Love, Sahil."
